what i did last week? slacked through the weekend with anime, then did the periodontal probing, drilled d extracted tooth to find d pulp chamber, peeped into microscope to see various types of cells and tissues (also wasting my time in Human Bio Lab until i found something interesting to do)... *bear with me, i just have too much dental-related terms*
owh im really suck in clinic...i really duno how im gonna treat patient next time...be rough or gentle? if too gentle on probing, I CANT REALLY KNOW WHETHER D DISEASE IS PRESENT OR NOT!! access cavity (basically means drill a hole to find the root of the tooth) : I AM REALLY GONNA DRILL A BIG BIG HOLE ONLY CAN SEE THE ROOT CANALS.. i hope i can be better in this...for the sake of my reputation and the wellbeing of patients...huhu i suppose not many of my frenz have faith in me? (not even myself) AHHHH i should pick up d skills!! they say dentistry is art + science but i have onli science but not art...i am a lousy drawer, music idiot... anything related to art im suck... >,<
BDS 1 is kinda relax though...at least more relaxing compare with my friends who have lotza tests and quizzes waiting for them once every two week. So far, i have just assignments and presentation, all group work. so the test im gonna have next week is my first test here...not something that really matter but i can know my level then..
and....it has been raining a lot recently..not the big downpour but the on and off drizzling with strong wind, which almost blown off the umbrella in my hand and misshaped it!! so annoying!! i cant really block the rain with such a strong wind so eventually, i decided not to open that poor thing.. It is a futile act to continue using that umbrella in such a bad weather... AND it is getting colder and colder and colder and im not sure whether i have enough winter wear to face the upcoming FREAKING COLD winter...even though i do have a thick layer of adipose tissue (fat) but it doesn't seem to help in keeping me warm!!! *shivering*

The plaster teeth...to help us to learn d tooth morphology...tell u what? i just managed to identify 6 teeth out of 11 correctly in that session... T.T
The fun part comes...TA-DA!! DRILLING!! This is a low speed bur..I used it to drill a hole on the tooth to find where the root canals are...So fun!!!

Ok...this is the fun thing i discovered out of boredom in the bio lab...Taking pictures of magnified cells!!! This is just one of the many images i've taken...owh i tried so hard to get really good pictures of them!!! This is a brain (cerebellum) tissue...Unique, isn't it?

PPS: Adelaide will be having a DAYLIGHT SAVING at APRIL 6... So i have extra one hour (or put it in other way, i need to turn my clock an hour backwards)...that's mean after 6th April the time difference between Malaysia and Adelaide will be 1.5 hour only!! *feel so close to malaysia*

Hey! haha... finally i comment ar... anw, auckland gonna have daylight saving tmrw too... one hour back... same same... auckland's wind oso quite strong smtimes... so i say umbrellas are liabilities rather than assets lei... buy rain coats instead~ hehe... or those water proof sweaters with hoodies~ it keeps u warm, dry and make u look fashionable... yea~ haha...
u look like a scientist wearing that mask and eye protection! haha... anw, i heard la.. if u wear the eye protection thingy correctly, it won fog de wor~ anw, it's not supposed to fog... if not, reli wil poke into ur patient's gum ar... haha... but well, if it's me, i'll blieve u wif my teeth la...

Well, i think it's liddat de... tat time summer (mayb got incld spring but i dunno), auckland got daylight saving... means one hour earlier (turn clock one hour earlier e.g. 9am -> 10 am)... then 2day daylight saving ends... means turn clock later by one hour (10am -> 9am)... und le?? hehe...
my hearsay is wrong ar?? ok la... i not a doc or dentist... dunno... haha... i think it's better to wear the ma fan one la... tat doesn't fog... hehe... well, think of my safety wor...
